Refund Policy

1. 14-Day Right to Cancel (UK Customers)

If you are located in the United Kingdom, you have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving your item.

To exercise this right:

  • You must notify us in writing within 14 days of delivery.

  • Once cancellation is confirmed, you must return the item within 14 days.

  • Returned items must be unused, unworn, and in their original packaging.

  • Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is faulty or incorrect.

  • Refunds will be processed after the returned item has been received and inspected.

  • Original shipping costs (if applicable) are non-refundable unless the item is faulty.

2. International Returns

As we operate with international fulfilment partners, approved returns must be sent to our designated international fulfilment centre. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs for change-of-mind cancellations. We recommend using a tracked shipping method, as we are not responsible for items lost in transit.

Items must not be returned without prior authorisation from us.

 

3. Faulty, Damaged, or Incorrect Items

If your item arrives faulty, damaged, or incorrect, please contact us within 30 days of delivery.

To process your request, we require:

  • Your order number

  • Clear photo or video evidence of the issue

All claims are reviewed by our team.

If a manufacturing fault is confirmed, we will offer a repair or replacement at no additional cost. If a repair or replacement is not possible, a full refund will be issued to your original payment method.

If a return is required for inspection of a confirmed faulty item, we will cover reasonable return shipping costs.

Damage caused by misuse, overloading, accidental damage, improper care, alterations, or normal wear and tear is not considered a manufacturing fault and is not eligible for a refund or replacement.

This policy does not affect your statutory rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015.

 

4. Condition of Returned Items

Returned items must:

  • Be unused and in original condition

  • Include original packaging

  • We reserve the right to reduce the refund amount if the item shows signs of use beyond what is necessary to inspect it.

 

5. Non-Refundable Situations

Refunds or replacements will not be issued for:

  • Delays caused by shipping carriers or customs

  • Incorrect address details provided at checkout

  • Damage caused by misuse, improper handling, or normal wear and tear

  • Minor variations in colour or appearance due to screen or device settings

  • Requests made outside the stated timeframes

 

6. Refund Processing

Approved refunds will be processed within 5–10 business days of receiving the returned item.

Refunds will be issued to the original payment method.

 

7. Chargebacks & Disputes

We encourage customers to contact us first to resolve any issues.

If a chargeback or payment dispute is initiated, we will provide this policy and delivery confirmation to the payment provider as part of the review process.

 

8. Shipping Regions

VELIN currently ships to selected regions available at checkout.

Orders placed from unsupported regions may be cancelled and refunded.
